Barbecued Shrimp
Take:
- 2 dozen shrimps (king prawns) with shells on
Seasoning mix
Place the following in a bowl:
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- ½ teaspoon oregano
and
combine.
Place the following in a large saucepan:
- 4 oz butter
- 1½ teaspoon garlic minced
- ½ teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
- seasoning mix (above)
and mix
and heat until butter is melted.
Add:
and cook for 2 min., shaking rather than stirring.
Add:
- 5 tablespoon butter
- ½ USA cup chicken broth (canned)
and
cook shake for 2 min.
Add:
- ¼ USA cup beer
and cook
shake for 1 min.
Serve with French bread and rice.
